Getting your order
Shipping
Where we ship
We ship within the United States.
Rates
At checkout we quote a live carrier rate when every item in your cart has a weight. If an item has no weight, or if live rates fail, we use our standard table rates and tell you when that happens.
Free shipping
Orders of $150.00 and over ship free. The signature fee still applies when signature is required.
Signature
Orders of $500.00 and over require signature confirmation so the carrier can prove delivery. You pay this fee, even if shipping is free.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
