All sales are final.

We will make it right if the package never arrived, arrived damaged, or is not what we described.

Email us promptly at support@pawnbrokerpickers.com with your order number and photos of the problem.

We do not accept returns because you changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, or it does not fit a use we did not promise.

If we approve a claim, we replace the item if we have one. Otherwise we refund you.
